Housing inventory isn’t low. Inventories have seen strong double digit growth in every state outside of Nevada in the past year. As the institutional investors continue to dump them onto the market it’ll be a race to the bottom. We could see a 25-70% correction in residential housing in the next few years.

Not that it’s the most important thing going on in the world but; illegal aliens with fake names that claim they’re seeking asylum, (almost zero due diligence to verify) get parole status; (almost unlimited flights (mostly first class), thousands in pre-paid cards/ food stamps/ stipends, fully furnished hotels/ housing, free “education” (VOTE FOR BIDEN), “healthcare”, and near legal/ deportation immunity (~0.02% held accountable to some degree). Tens of millions a year continuing unabated will destroy whatever is left of this country.
