I’m amazed by how much has been accomplished in just one month, and this is just the beginning in terms of what we hope to accomplish, bridging the divide between folks on the left and their understanding of bitcoin and freedom tech.

Who’s seen #Oppeneheimer? It’s got me thinking about our world, and war. Funding war back then was a very different story—much of it funded via war bonds bought and paid for by citizens and banks purchasing treasuries. Today, war is funded by money printing and increasing debt with not intent for repayment. With little to no citizen involvement (other than who we elect, which they almost always flop on comparing promises regarding funding, war, etc), decisions on war, battles, and defense budgets are decided effortlessly without real upfront payment from citizens…it’s felt downstream via inflation and the erosion of the US economy to forever be dealt with at a later date due to our 4-year political cycles.
Learning about #bitcoin helps one to understand money, our economy, and how our government works and pays for things
Progressives should realize if the government can print money to pay for social programs, they can and will print money to fund forever wars.
You can’t have the former but not the latter. This is our new norm. But with bitcoin, there’s an opportunity to address this and put pressure on this way of thinking.

Hello and happy Friday everyone!
Today I had the honor of interviewing a former Democratic Governor who served during the Great Recession in one of the largest states in the U.S.
I think many of you will be pleasantly surprised with our conversation. Any guesses on who it is?
The appropriate reaction to worldcoin is not, “well the world already has all my personal information anyway!”
The appropriate reaction is:
- how did we get here?
- why are folks so desperate for free “crypto”
- why is this legally allowed and encouraged?
- who controls this data, and why is it being collected?
#Bitcoin provides a framework to think through this questions and concerns. Bitcoin heads in the direction of freedom, money that can’t be controlled or manipulated, not led by any entity or corporation, promoting human rights and equal rules for all where everyone is a peer, no one is above another like the current fiat caste system. Bitcoin does not require trust, only verification which is done freely by everyone.
Be weary of projects, #crypto or otherwise, that’s says they promote economic freedom while also requiring personal intimate information, being unintentional about end goals, comprised of boards/corporations with profit motivation, and what angles could they exhibit control or manipulation.
When companies/governments say they are giving you freedom, remember:
“Freedom is never voluntarily given by the oppressor; it must be demanded by the oppressed.” - MLK Jr.
