Best part of income tax refund? Getting rid of it by exchanging it for more sats.
50,000-100,000 sats (or $10-$20 approx.) per week. I got about half that at that age for doing chores around the house. Accounting for inflation, (I know, lol), would at the very least allow for saving up for something she wanted or the occasional book/movie/video, depending on her likes/dislikes. (I’m using my eight year old son as a gauge and something we actually discussed this evening.)
So, last year I went back to school after 2 decades to study programming. And from a programming point of view, I’d love to know how this thing works. Finished a coding project rough draft today. Really felt good to make it all work. I definitely found my calling, skill wise. I think so anyway.
