The Chiro that squeezed me for a walk-in appointment was meh...like he didn't really do anything 😆😆. The friend who told me about him warned me. But I had to give it a chance since it's best not to wait too long to treat this problem.

But my awesome chiropractor will be back this week and I hope I'll be as good as new after I see him Tuesday. I always jokingly say that my appointments with him are when I'm getting refurbished. 😆😆😆😆😆

And paired with anti-inflammatory diet and exercises, I hope I'll be back to my previous carnivore diet level of health soon. Here's to hope!

I knew how to send a pdf to kindle but I didn't know that by writing the word "convert" in the subject, you should have a Kindle version of your PDF that you can bookmark, annotate, and change the typeface and type size of, etc.
