Nostr messages is buggy for me. Connected to the same exact relays on 3 different clients, but all have different message history. This happen to anyone else?

Every time i zap someone, i always think to myself damn, that's $21 one day.
One of the hardest things in life is coming to terms with the fact that some people are incapable of change. Some people are slaves to their ego and live an a constant state of cognitive dissonance. No amount of evidence can peel them away from their warped view of the world.
It is especially difficult when those people are family or loved ones. You are forced to watch them take a self destructive path in life and are unable to help them.
It is like watching someone standing on train tracks with a train coming at them full force. You yell to let them know to get off the tracks or they will be hit. All they have to do is take a couple steps, but their ego won't let them. Their ego tells them there is no train coming and everything is fine.

I think he said its coming out later this year. All terminals will accept lightning by default. It will be up to the business owners to receive it as bitcoin; otherwise, the sats convert to USD upon payment. Similar to strike's #bitcoin to USD feature.

Stablecoins are going to be the next frontier. Visa and Mastercard are developing cards that directly interface with wallets for spend. Additionally, there are platforms they are enabling #bitcoin and stablecoin bill pay. (ie. spritz.finance) More will arrive soon.
Save in #bitcoin and spend in stablecoins. You can use a dex to trade your #bitcoin for stablecoins when you need to spend and then use a Visa/Mastercard connected wallet. Less centralized than the current system, but still centralized, I know. But its a step in the right direction.
This is how it scales to billions and fast. It's going to be like a digital version of how gold backed currencies and banks used to work. Deposit gold and receive cash to spend.
Blockchains are really just competing to be the best stablecoin network at the end of the day.
