Mastodon is the one lone remaining fedi software stack or social media stack to lack it, the new wave of users has been begging for it and leaving Mastodon over it, and hashtag only search induces a vulnerability to the hashtag spam attack. Mastodon is no longer the big elephant in the room like it was in 2017.
