People who come into Bitcoin that did well in the dollar system don't get how bad the fiat system is for most of us and how badly we want to crush it, not just get rich.

Maths and physics are great for describing what bitcoin is. But when you throw people and what they do with it into the mix, it's more like chemistry and can only be described with imperfect models.
Been doing some finger counting and I suspect the volatility of bitcoin will appear to go up with the volatility of fiat in the short-term.
Bitcoiners are trying to work out how much a bitcoin should be worth in dollars to figure out what the value should be.
This is backwards at best.
