Many Bitcoiners face this struggle, I definitely have bought way more books than I have read!
My advice is to follow the Middle Way - avoid extremes of being too frugal or too much indulgence.
Ultimately you need to have self compassion and patience to switch over from a high to low preference timeline.
Personally, I'm going to experiment with fasting one day a week (36hrs) and any fiat saved will be allocated to Bitcoin, aiming for approx £50 a month.
Fasting has been shown to have many physical and mental benefits and is something I used to do years ago but got out of the habit.

What a time to be alive.
It feels that with such crazy emergent technologies and protocols such as Bitcoin & AI that things are going to come to a head in the coming couple of years and really heat up.
Extreme fiat debasement & mass unemployment caused by AI along with all the social unrest.
Humans are not built to grasp exponential change but seeing the speed that AI is developing is becoming a bit clearer now. I reckon I have 6-12 mths left in my fiat mine before I'm discarded but who knows.
