the other interesting thing is the lack of experimenting happening on Nostr, I would recommend that more funding goes to hackathons, conferences and hubs that all ready have a following just because that’s how cool stuff gets built, also might be worth looking into supporting more NostrDevs in the world, at pleblab we’re doing our part to support these initiatives I recommend others do as well
the introduction of territories on sn is pretty dope it presents a ton of interesting hurdles but the pow model in socials has never been stronger
in bitcoin you can either skate to where the puck is going to be, experiment or ignore it

i working on a culture piece for thriller I think could help other hackerspaces, hopefully I’ll have it out for sof
collaboration is optional but is always encouraged at the lab
something about seeing your friends reach milestones just fills you with warm fuzzys
everyone at the lab is performing at a very high level rn, and most importantly they are shipping, I don’t think I have ever recalled a time where this was the case, it’s really inspiring to watch

the last cool thing is just how reinvigorated everyone is, it’s great time to be alive
my gut instinct tells me people watching on the sidelines understand “now” how hard it is to build something sustainable on bitcoin over the long term
the most interesting thing is most will just bootstrap these with there stack
the ones that choose to take outside funding will do it for different reasons
it’s going to be an interesting time to see how all this plays out, i don’t recall hearing that last cycle
the builder culture is about to go parabolic in 2024 more and more developers/companies/entrepreneurs are coming to build on bitcoin
