and the most important thing is to just be patient with yourself and others.

Authentic love is real and I have realized only god can show us it first in order for us to show it to others.

I guess what I’m trying to say is everyone is on a journey with their own faith but once you get to this place is so comforting to know anything and everything will always be alright.

I used to wonder when I went back to church in my 30’s why people were always so darn happy.

It’s now barely I realize, oh I get it.

The other interesting thing is how much more clear everything around me appears to be. It’s like having x ray vision in the world. It’s the weirdest thing kinda hard to explain, also not sure if that’s the right analogy.

One of the things I’ve noticed is how much more at ease I feel during my day to day.

It’s a complete game changer for productivity.

I can work all day and night and not get exhausted.

I also have focused more on prayer and 2x church every week. The cool thing is my church is right around the corner from the lab.

It’s interesting since about the beginning of November I have been reading more scripture and reading the theology of the body.
