Looking for advice on whether this prong is fixable. I bent it removing tree trunks. I’m thinking that any attempt if possible to straighten it a bit would further weaken and compromise the tool. If it can’t be fixed is there a repurpose option

Heating it up will help bend it back. Torch or forge for that. Then welding a 1/4"X1" strap metal perpendicular to the area that bent will help keep it from bending again.
