You work a 40 hour work week, and your government alters your labor to 30 hours, which is what you are paid, they take 10 hours of your value.
That is the same thing happening under today's fiat system, every time your government prints and spends credit. Instead of having less money to spend on real wealth, you soemd more for it.
Funny thing about privacy, is someday it won't exist. Everyone will freely give it up, but that is a long time in the future.
One must ask themselves how many accounting systems we will use in the future to measure all real wealth.
Maybe some change of language is in order with money. We use words like funds, profit, when in fact this is not true. It is a recording through an accounting system representing the exchange of real wealth, value. This lens brings a bit more clarity I think with the issues of the current accounting system
The same quantity of people that believe money is real, don't believe there is nothingness before life.
