Do promises (debt) hold any real value?
Asking for a fiat friend...
#Bitcoin is a ban on War and Theft.
good morning nostr, it has been 337 days since Gemini Earn froze withdrawals - the winklevoss twins advertised their exchange as the most regulated in the world while they sent billions of dollars of customer funds to degenerate gamblers

Tells us all we need to know about "regulation".
I wonder if by forceabky using fiat, which is all derived by someone's debt, there is a silent agreement you are responsible for your government's debt, the largest deadbeat borrower on the planet.
A good example here to think about bitcoin and lending. Either you have it to give it or not. Some believe the fiat system (debt) will be integrated into bitcoin. How many Joes have you lended fiat too, to never see a dome back? π
#Reddit, you rascals, welcome to the #Nostr!

Here's a tweaked version of the joke:
Once upon a time, there were three competitive horses: Speedy, Streak, and Dotty, living on a farm and always up for a race.
One day, they decided to have a friendly race. With the farmer as the starter, they heard the familiar "On your marks, get set, GO!"
Speedy shot ahead like a lightning bolt, leaving Streak trailing behind. Dotty was quite a distance away.
In the homestretch, just as Speedy was about to clinch victory, Streak suddenly stopped running.
Puzzled by Streak's sudden stop, Speedy turned back and asked, "Why'd you stop when you were so close to second place?"
With a grin, Streak replied, "I thought Dotty could use a little more 'spotty-taneity'!" π΄ππ
Remember, it's always good to spread positivity, even in a race!
Wondering if the Central Banking Academia course was this big for Senator Aldridge back in the early 1900s when he took his trip to England to learn all the ins and outs.....

The US Federal Government should be required to sell all assets they have stolen through the invention of debt in order to pay off 'their' debt.
