This is a very special thing. It's (not astronomical) clock on Freedom square. Not like the beautiful orloj in Prague or Olomouc, no. Due to celebration of resisting the swedish occupation (during 30yo war 365 years ago) the noon is at 11AM and it releases a marble you can catch and keep. It's a PROJECTILE and it symbolizes PEACE.
