I still MUCH PREFER old school TANGIBLE business cards, but it seems a lot of people don’t carry them in their wallets anymore.
And I definitely look at the design of business cards, type/font used, spacing, paper/material used and logo, esp for a business.
I still have contact info of some friends and people NOW cuz of their business cards! But because of REPULSIVE CREEPER Number 2 asshole who hacked into my iPhone 6 in 2017 and other things, I have lost over 20 years of my VERY VALUABLE Contacts/Address Book.
And SUPER PISSED OFF ABOUT IT! 😡
It included several Hollywood industry people including a woman who has won multiple Emmys and knows & has worked on various projects with/for J.J. Abrams (she and I have texted and exchanged emails about TV series “Star Trek”, which she has worked on); a Writer/Producer who has collaborated several times with J.J. Abrams, including on TV series “Lost” and was invited to my exclusive artsy event at a East Coast city; another Emmy Winner for a documentary whom I’ve texted with about music stuff; old friends & colleagues, business contacts, info of places/restaurants/stores I liked around 🌎🌍🌏; random interesting people I’ve met (people I liked and found interesting enough to speak to and hung out irl); personal email address given to me by Mona Simpson (Apple Co-Founder Steve Job’s Writer sister) & Jeffrey Eugenides (Writer who won a Pulitzer Prize for Middlesex); info of a lovely, SMART & attractive artsy Tech millionaire who I’ve texted with, spoken on the phone with for several hours, exchanged many emails with whom I met in 🇫🇷Paris who kindly did a favor for me cuz I was late to catching the Eurostar 🚊to 🇬🇧London during SOLO holiday; a very tall VIP Man of Integrity who definitely knows Bill & Melinda French Gates, Jeff Bezos, MacKenzie Scott, Anna Wintour, and lots of other VIPs and we’ve discussed various topics, including music; a diplomatic guy who knows Hillary Clinton and former President Barack Obama and with whom I have texted with, exchanged emails with and he called me from 🇮🇪Ireland and left a voice mail about doing an interview with someone 🇬🇧Neil Gaiman knows very well cuz I didn’t feel like picking up the phone and also cuz was on a bus and it’s RUDE & INCONSIDERATE to speak on the phone while on public transporation like the woman who sat in front of me did for hours and everyone on the bus was forced to listen to her NOT even interesting conversation. 😡
Anyway, I would encourage people to still create and carry around a PHYSICAL Business Card to exchange and give to people!!

Often, I have no idea what the song is about cuz not paying attention to lyrics unless REALLY OBVIOUS.
Big into Trip Hop tho, which is 🇬🇧British. My UK BFF guy friend interviewed a Trip Hop band and has the most exquisite music taste & vast knowledge about music.
Good thing my husband is secure in his manhood and NOT the jealous type cuz the chance of my giving up hanging out with my (majority straight) guy friends = NOT happening!

The truth may hurt someone’s ego so probably why often in denial of it. Male ego is notoriously fragile and they like (pretty) girls and “Yes” men to stroke it. I don’t do that and why once written up as “insubordinate” by a weasel.

You can tell a lot about a girl by who her friends are, esp golddigging shallow types. They tend to have a lot of hot, shallow, blingey, girl friends who are also designer whores.
