They took some creative liberties with the story. And I think this was a pretty good idea, fans of the series anticipate the next part with more excitement.
I really like the 2nd part of the Final Fantasy VII remake, but so far I prefer the original: it had a certain atmosphere and charm that’s hard to match by a modern 3D game 🤷🏻♂️
