I’ve been obsessed with my health and wellbeing my entire life. This led me to seek out and practice certain dietary restrictions that I didn’t keep up with long term.

Each had their own sets of benefits and complications but never lasted , unfortunately. The reason behind that was simple, I’m addicted to food and relapsing is the best part.

There is nothing like depriving yourself of the good stuff to make you appreciate it that much more while crying over a half eating rotisserie chicken or coconut cream pie tin.

Make sure you take care of yourself but don’t forget to enjoy the ride.
