Im telling you my peeps, now is the time to get as far away from American processed food as you can.

I jokingly mentioned yesterday about feeling crappy after eating 5 oreos after a long time of not eating anything like that.

what i didnt mention is the more serious part, because i hate being serious all the time. But its interesting enough to mention, because both my wife and I had the same experience independently. And that is, because we have gotten better at listening to what our bodies are telling us about what we eat, we both noticed a sudden onset of increased anxiety, negativity, and almost like 'doom' thinking. Not as if our thinking suddenly changed, but in the place where you feel energy coming in after you eat a good meal, there anxiety energy instead. I mentioned it to my wife today, and she said she thought it was so weird she wasnt goint to mention it, but had the exact same experience.

We need to get healthy and stay away from doom food.
