the ego’s strategy of self-preservation is to hold us mindless by rooting our attention in the body and its world.
The only problem we really have is why we persist in seeing ourselves as separate from others, when the answer is simply not to.

The world is nothing in itself. Your mind must give it meaning. And what you behold upon it are your wishes, acted out so you can look on them & think them real.

The real and unreal are all there are to choose between.
Your thinking but reflects your choice of what you want to see.

The Bible mentions a deep sleep fell upon Adam but nowhere does it reference him waking up.
Truth is not in the dream, but can be heard in the dream.

You are infinite, and you have infinite healing energy within you and from the Source.
You are omnipotent, omniscient, and omnipresent in the unconscious. Your mind quite literally more powerful than anything you can imagine in this world because of its reality.
God is everything there is; there is nothing outside of Him.
You have always been a part of the Source, and the Source is you. You have always been able to access the Source; it is just because of your conditioning that you have stopped listening to, looking at, and feeling the infinite.
You may choose possibility, or you may choose limits.
You can either unleash your personal ability, or you can, by your own intention, limit your ability to do anything of value in this life.
We will not judge ourselves today, for what we are cannot be judged.
God asks nothing in return for His Love. In truth, we have and are nothing but this Love.
