A few things helped with my BtcPayServer zaps.
1. Compress LND database on BtcPayServer. Should improve performance overall.
2. Run LNbits on top of BtcPayServer's LND node to handle zaps instead of the built-in zaps setup.

Would it be possible to have the woocommerce plug-in handle listing all prices for items, shipping, tax, etc on all screens in sats and adjust periodically to the fiat exchange rate?
Yeah gambling is fiat. But there is a science to handicapping and you can just bet $2 to make hanging out outside a little more exciting.
