Concerning the MicroStrategy news . . . I have questions. I had Chatgpt read an article about MS' intent to issue notes to buy bitcoin and then asked 2 questions.

I'd like the humans out there to take a shot. I am really trying to figure out how fast this can get done. MS made the announcement today and the "maturity" date is in less than 2 weeks? If anyone has some insight as to the mechanism by which this works, I am all ears.
