I feel a call
I look to the distance
Something invisible is there
I rise
Float out the window
Down to the roiling sea
I walk across the water
In a northeasterly fashion
I awake
To a soft thunderous pounding
Snooze a little while longer
In a blissful dreamy state
Then I rise,
Make the coffee,
And step outside
The wind blows
Whipping through the palms
The aqua green sea rolls and churns
In the strong morning breeze
The wind has changed
White wave tips dash along the ocean
Out to the horizon
Past where the color shifts
To a deeper shade of blue
White foam and froth
Bathe the shore
Foam and froth top the steaming coffee in my hand as well
A Peregrine Falcon Flies By
I Am Free
Bathed in Smoke

Stop making babies wear foot prisons (shoes) when theyβre trying to connect with the earth.
Nature heals.
The babies need it.
Humans need it.
