That is what the notice says but reading the #InvestigatoryPowersAct it was clear that the secretary of state can be cited to the Tribunal and also that the National Crime Agency ( #NCA ) is part of the #police. But the #IPT complaint forms limit that. It is a clear case of #WYSIATI ('what you see is all there is') meaning you could have 100 choices but are told, "Pepsi or Coca Cola?".

Re: being targeted
#EckhartTolle mentions in his book 'A New Earth' ( #ANE ) that the Universal #painbody sent him a message by starting a ruckus in a restaurant he visited with Kim. This is what i think the whole #targetedIndividual #gangstalking is all about: the people picked on are #frequencyHolders, meaning that they are coming close to an opening of consciousness and likely because they were in the past an ample source of negative energy for #painbodies, and so picked on severely for the loss.
The solution is the same as, by God's grace, i mentioned in my earliest note. Originally i said, "choose not to think and from that place of peace choose to be happy, it seems like two steps but really it is one step and in hardtimes it can only be one". I've since simplified it to **"just feel the sky above your head"**. In times of ease there is a sense of well-being, contentment, but when the targeting is extreme in the beginning that sense of well-being will be obscured. Don't panic but go to the place where you found that sense of peace before ( feel the sky, feel it, you don't have to look up at it). When the wave of hard times eases the sense of well-being will be stronger. Eventually (it took so long i said to myself, my presence always falls short of the torment) even under the oppression of targeting that sense of well-being will still be felt -- despite the pressure -- because it is, by God's grace, always there because it is you.
Occasionally you will have #satori Moments, moments of elation that don't last, and it can be a let down when the feeling disappears but the base level of well-being will also be higher than before, thank God.

Meaning increase your **conscious moment awareness** and God will change your outer condition. It is not about positive thinking, or changing the **content of thoughts** but emptying our cup (and not refilling it!). Allah knows best.

# A #JasonBourne moment: years ago i had an ear wax issue which i went to my doctor ( #GP ) about which a nurse fixed (after me applying expensive olive oil to it before the appointment) with a jet type handheld. The first ear was okay but the second there was this high pitch ringing and a deer caught in headlights moment came over me so much that the nurse had to ask me repeatedly if i was ok before i answered. It was a very strange feeling.
I'm not saying there is anything more to it. But, this myth about targeting at a distance is just that, a myth. There almost always is a tracker etc on the ground on target to guide the missile.
I've been trying to find what is common between #targetedIndividuals. The only common experience i have with #DrKatherineHorton is that i went to a court case and sat in the benches as a member of the public ( as is a right here in the #UK ) 🤔

# The media describes October 7 as the “worst massacre of Jews since the Holocaust.” Only it’s not true. The worst massacre of Jews was in Argentina, and it was enabled by Israeli weapons.
Claims that the Palestinian offensive into Israel on October 7, 2023, caused the worse massacre of Jews since the Holocaust, are simply not true. The 1970s death toll of Jews during Argentina's dictatorship, that was armed with Israeli weapons, was far higher.
As many as 30,000 “disappeared” under Argentina’s right-wing dictatorship, which lasted from 1976-1983. This period is known as the Dirty War, a term that has come under criticism from Argentines, as it wasn’t really a war but mass state-sanctioned terrorism and murder.
The victims were political dissidents, primarily left-wing subversives that were critical of the regime. Jews were over-represented among them.
The death toll of Jews during the Dirty War ranges between 1,900 - 3,600. This number far exceeds the 1,139 Israelis, including 764 civilians and 373 security personnel, that were killed in occupied Palestine on Oct 7.
Jews were targeted because of the Plan Andinia conspiracy theory, which claimed that Jewish communists wanted to create a second Israel in Patagonia, and the junta tortured people into “admitting” that the plan was real.
Argentina’s right-wing dictatorship was also supported by Israel. In 2016, a group of Argentine-Israelis filed a freedom of information request demanding that Israel release documents related to its involvement in supporting the Dirty War.
The declassified documents confirm that Israel supplied $700 million in weapons and training to Argentina’s military junta, which then disproportionately targeted and massacred Jewish dissidents.
Israel has a long and checkered history of funding brutal dictatorships across Latin America and around the world.

On this day 59 years ago, the people of Oman’s Dhofar province ignited their armed struggle. Motivated by Arab nationalist sentiment, the struggle aimed to overthrow the feudal Sultan Said bin Taimur.
On this day 59 years ago, the Dhofar Liberation Front (DLF) proclaimed the beginning of their Marxist-Leninist armed struggle at a congress in Al-Kabir valley in Oman. It would mark the beginning of the Dhofar Rebellion.
Their struggle was waged against the rule of Sultan Said Bin Taimur.
He was backed financially by the UK. Bin Taimur was known to treat Dhofar and its people as his personal fief. The people of Dhofar had no rights.
The DLF was founded as an offshoot of the Movement of Arab Nationalists (MAN) established in 1950 by Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine (PFLP) founder George Habash, and at first operated as the Omani branch of the MAN until 1965.
Empowered by the victory of the Yemeni National Liberation Front (NLF) in 1967, the DLF renamed itself the Popular Front for the Liberation of Oman and the Arabian Gulf (PFLOAG) and officially adopted communism as its guiding philosophy.
The PFLOAG’s Political Line:
- The group’s program was cemented at the 1968 Hamrin Conference.
- The PFLOAG built connection with the struggles of people across Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
- Marxism-Leninism as the leading ideology
- Adopted women’s liberation in 1968
As medicine and paved roads were banned under Bin Taimur’s role, the PFLOAG (later the PFLO) spent significant resources improving the infrastructure of Dhofar, building schools and hospitals for the poor and needy.
Bin Taimur was overthrown by his son Qaboos in 1970, who immediately began a series of reforms meant to weaken support for the PFLO. The coup was backed by the British, as they perceived Bin Taimur to be a liability.
Despite the coup, the Dhofari revolution continued well into the 1970s. In 1973, the Shah of Iran sent 5,000 troops to Oman to assist the Sultan’s forces, turning a local war into a regional war.
After facing multiple setbacks on the frontline, the remaining PFLO fighters retreated to and settled in neighboring South Yemen in 1976. The Dhofar Rebellion was officially declared defeated that same year.
