yrs of self-work, therapy, meditation, etc all seems to surface during runs. something about running makes everything else make sense and give space for clarity to find the sunlight. sometimes i get so deep into a thought thread i need to keep going as those ideas don’t always come around again.
i use standard notes when with my phone but recently started running with only an iwatch. how do you capture the clarity?
