It may seem as if #Trump wanting to take control of Greenland and the Panama Canal as well as imposing high tarifs on Canada and Mexico serves an America first agenda but in reality these geopolitical intentions are very much aligned with the vision of the technocrates of the 1930’s for the creation of a North American technate.

The concept of the North American technate is a political entity that would unite Canada, the United States, Mexico, Greenland, Central America, and parts of South America under a technocratic governance.

Trump makes the push for a technocratic agenda under the guise of the #MAGA label which most supporters would certainly not associate with a technocratic utopia/dystopia.
