Well, the tax office used a new rule for the things from other things at the beginning of the year. If you are a big company that sells things from other countries the gov will give you the dollars in 180 days so you can pay.
What does this mean?
As a company you have to buy the dollar in the black market to pay until the gov sells you the cheap official price dollar.
So the next month has to be the first pay... But this stupid peronist gov said "we will change the rules again, we will sell you the dollars in 360 days"... This means the next gov will have to deal with 1 year of dollars.
