É emocionante, vê-lo dependente e obediente a Deus, cujo no deserto 🌵 não lhe faltaria mantimentos — tampouco água, visto o cenário a sua volta. Mas Deus disse e cumpriu com as provisões; mandando corvos trazem-no carne e pão.
Mais à frente, quando o riacho secou, Deus disse para que encontrasse uma viúva, que lhe alimentaria enquanto estivesse nesta cidade de Serepta. Assim sendo, tudo ocorreu conforme Deus havia lhe dito; exceto pela Ressuscitou um menino (sim, Elias ungido pelo poder do espírito, enquanto orava, deitou (3x) sobre o menino e o trouxe à vida novamante.
E o “pau continuou torando.” 😅 Mais à frente no versículo, fez cair fogo dos céus e depois fez chover, após uma drástica seca.
