I hear many people say they are waiting for the next bitcoin bull run to make the move that will protect them when shtf. Why this is a bad idea:
Bitcoin's next growth phase will not come from people like us, who learned about it by curiosity. It will come from people to need to use it by necessity. The next shit that will happen, another fake pandemic, some climatic emergency, aliens, whatever, will trigger the next bitcoin bull run. Not the other way around.
So the time to prepare is now, while we still have some freedom. When you are wielded in your apartment in your 15 minutes town, and all borders are closed, it will not matter much how much bitcoin you have.
If you think bitcoin will make you rich, you are wrong.
If you are young, healthy, able to work, have a roof over your head and a few meaningful relationships, you are ALREADY RICH.
