Nutribullets are magic. So are smoothies.

The newest addition to my "git healthy" project is...

drumroll...

... juiced celery.

yeah, the miror is slightly concave so the disk dwells into it, and other than that, polished so the friction is low and its decay is slowed

It makes me want to try building a version that returns the dissipated energy, thereby maintaining the effect for as long as the device can keep pushing.

This is the one I have. If I am to look for a denomination for Biblical interpretations, I generally look towards the Orthodox

That looks good... And the price looks good too 🤔

I have also found the Orthodox interpretations valuable. Not perfect, but they certainly go further than modern Protestants usually go. And since I'm putting Orthodox and Protestant into the same paragraph, i feel obliged to say that I like Protestantism and definitely do not use the word as a pejorative, which the Orthodox do. I just think Protestantism has decayed at a much faster rate than Orthodoxy has - and quite possibly on purpose, since it has enemies. But who their enemies are makes a strong case for the original intent being correct. Protestantism needs to find its way back to its origins, while reviving the meaning contained in Greek, while not turning to the satanic organized religious structures. Yes, I think that any version of church that is mixed with statism is satanic. But in many cases, they've lost less. Take whatever is useful, but make no oaths... Its a narrow path and few find it.

Yeah, I think it should've been translated as "in the midst and within you" or something like that to not lose the whole meaning. If that's the whole meaning...

What's really annoying about my bible is that almost half of every page is footnotes, and the footnotes are never helpful. This is trash. It makes me look at the whole book and see it as just more fiat disease. It serves an expectation of appearance - the heft, the almost transparent pages, the shiny sides. Fuckin trash. Its like one of those ridiculous McMansions, with the design flares that serve no function. Its all appearance. Then the only real selling feature is the ease of reading it, but to make it easy, they sacrificed the depth of meaning, which gets into my main criticism of modern Christianity, which is that people autistically demand simple, nonvariant meaning and flatten the whole thing into an image, which makes it idolatrous. And this bible I have is like a representation of that.

I'm going to have to get a Bible that puts Greek and English side by side. There's a name for that, but I forget... Hebrew is a project for later. Greek first.

#Bible question - which is correct? These two versions have entirely different meanings.

Yes, I have a study bible, but its footnotes are useless.

I'm literally on the verge of throwing out my NIV Bible.
