No we don't offer that service. I usually refer people to bitcoinwell.com or bullbitcoin.com in Canada
Ecash tokens aren't linked to specific coinos accounts but you can use funds from your account to create new tokens or you can create them through other ecash wallets like cashu.me by sending a lightning payment. Once you have ecash you can send it around and we won't know who is holding it. When someone eventually wants to redeem some tokens they can get funds put back into a coinos account or receive a lightning payment for them.
bc1 addresses can't sign messages so I have to give you a legacy address to sign with. You'll need to copy the legacy address that we give you on the signing page into Ocean, sorry if that wasn't clear.
