I need to send out an update. I was actually able to access my alby wallet. I emptied it a long time ago, but did not delete the account. Perhaps that is why Damus/nostr still thinks that is my wallet. I used an email I don’t normally use for stuff like this. Long story short, I have more sats to zap away. So all is not lost. I don’t stack, I spread the wealth. ⚡️⚡️⚡️⚡️
To those who have generously sent sats to me, I appreciate it. But sadly, they are most likely lost into the ether for all time. I do not have a wallet. Or at least I shouldn’t. But Damus/nostr do not seem to know that. I tried Alby after WoS went tits up. Hated it. Still do. From my perspective it sucks. So there might be a wallet out there that is inaccessible. And I apologize for wasting your sats. But thanks again.
These apps seem to have stalled in development. Many bad UI designs. Not sure Nostr will succeed if they persist much longer. The bitheads will stay. Not sure many orhers will. Be interesting to see.
