Before you can declare a drug safe, and put it on the market. The Maximum! number of serious adverse events or deaths is ZERO!

The only reason we don't immediately pull a drug when one or two people die, or is seriously injured while taking it. Is because it might not be the drug killing them.

But a drug must be pulled off the market, immediately. The absolute minute we have a credible Suspicion!! that a drug is killing or seriously injuring people. When used as directed.
