3. Banks who invested in these start ups have to write off loans
4.Banks then get conservative to prevent further deterioration
5.Borrowers who have always paid on time then get rejected. Only the big boys can borrow
6. These small and medium businesses then go bankrupt.
7.Economy crashes taking out car loans, home loans, and credit card loans
(it would be akin to 2008 except most large banks will be fine.)
8. BAC, WFC, C, etc might be forced by the feds to buy out regional banks
example: Etsy this morning told their clients that their deposits are currently on hold
