Get ups for sure. Depending on your injuries of course. I’m doing mostly jerks, clean and press, and front squats, all with doubles. If you are powerlifting type guy, check out Donny Thompson he rehabbed his injuries with kettlebells and does all kinds of stuff.

Strongfirst is a great resource, Brett Jones in particular when it comes to rehab.

I don’t smoke and I’ve never smoked in my life but for whatever reason my brain keeps telling me to try it, though I know there is nothing good about it and it’s horrible for you. Not going to do it, just thought it was odd that I’m randomly having thoughts of smoking🤷‍♂️
