I received a temporary job offer in June. From the owner of the company I have been working with on a project basis for 11 years. He is also the President of the university where I did my Master's degree and my thesis advisor.

I accepted. I presented the list of work I would do as a consultancy service offer.

However, I could not completely finish the work I promised to do. Because he made me do many things that I had nothing to do with. And I worked much more than I agreed to.

I warned him a few times. But he did not care.

I went on vacation. He got extremely angry about something (he was 100% wrong) and started to mob me. I terminated our business relationship.

Now I want him to leave my thesis advisorship as well.

However, since he is the President of the university, the other professors are hesitant to be my advisor.

He ruined my peaceful life.

I allowed him to do it.

I will not do this to myself again.

No matter who it is for.

I woke up Sunday afternoon. Since that day I have slept a total of 5-6 hours. It was hot for 2 days and I had meetings. But it's cool right now. There are meetings tomorrow too. and I still can't sleep.

I was finally able to change my master's thesis topic. 🥳🥳 I couldn't convince my advisor. Finally, I asked his wife for support. 😂

The previous topic was: " Measuring the economic impact of universities ". (I'm not economist. I'm manager)

Now "Analysis of universities' strategic plans with system dynamics: An examination with system archetypes and leverage points".

I'm extremely happy. 🥳🥳😍🎊🎉 Currently, the university is starting the process of preparing a new strategic plan. I will also attend their meetings. I will both follow the practice and my knowledge of the literature will increase.

I use Linkedin as old Twitter. Every day I fight people.. 😂

The law to kill dogs on the streets if no one takes them home within 30 days is being discussed... Because there are people dying in dog attacks.

I suggested that more women die from male attacks and that men should be killed too (!)... But since those who kill women are usually their relatives, I asked them how they would find a solution for this...
