Just bumped mine to 1GB, doing my part π
It's so beautiful π€©
Just want to keep opening and closing the app lmao
Morning all β
SO thankful we have tools that can enable optimism and hope in times of financial chaos in Bitcoin and everything being built around it.
Hate to see people suffer from the such a broken world, but we can do our part to orange pill, educate, and onboard as many as we can as they wake up to what Bitcoin can be.
Events like these *will* open people's eyes, so lets make their rabbit hole journey as easy as possible once they start looking around.
How can we donate to support costs of Blastr before you get Zaps setup?
Where's the best place?
Hell yeah, glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for sharing dude.
Thanks for sharing π
Yup, I'm sure the user experience using Nostr only behind Tor is rough as it can be problematic even on clearnet, but that option *has* to be there for censorship-resistance at the network level.
Hope to see that as a core option for most relays.
Felt like it would have been a 5k word book at that point so I focused on the Nostr specifics with just a small mention of Lightning π
Definitely will focus on that in a future post or piece of content.
100%, best overall post on Nostr yet.
Would proudly wear that π
To your ISP it would look like encrypted websocket traffic but is easy to detect what it is if they wanted to.
I don't recommend Tor for things like this unless you have an extreme threat model as it would drastically affect usability for you. A VPN is a much better set of tradeoffs for most people, but I do definitely want to see Tor as a broader option for relays and clients!
It's something that should always be optional but isn't usually recommended.
How is this run?
How are funds custodied and promised to be paid out?
Thanks so much!
Be aware it won't show on Nostr (waiting on BTCPay NIP-57 support), but does come through successfully π
Enjoyed writing about privacy on Nostr here, as it's something I've been thinking a lot about recently:
https://foundationdevices.com/2023/03/privacy-on-nostr/
Looking forward to key management improving in particular, thankful for all of the work around NIP-26 and similar on that front!
Would love any feedback you all have, as always π
Human readable form here, it just hasn't been added to readme.md yet:
My thoughts on the path to getting started here:
Perks of being the Chief Operating Android Officer of Nostr, I guess, he's verified as just @ π
Great breakdown of Zap types here, would love to see private or anonymous become the default with public as an option.

Depending on how you opened it it might be RBF and allow you to boost it, but the channel-open functionality is usually super basic, sadly...
