Ich hätte nicht gedacht, dass ich es schaffe 2 mal 21 Tage Sport zu machen. Zu einfach ist es irgendeine Ausrede zu finden um es nicht zu tun. Kind, Haushalt, Arbeit, Nebengewerbe überall ist genug zu tun.

Passenderweise ist 42 die Antwort auf ihr wisst schon. Deswegen ist das für mich schon ein kleiner Meilenstein. Nächster Milestone sind 100 Tage.

Ich denke ich habe dieses Jahr bereits soviel Sport gemacht, wie die letzten fünf Jahre zusammen.

Ich fühle mich besser als zuvor. Als nächstes kommt noch die Ernährung hinzu. Noch vor zwei Jahren hätte ich mir niemals vorstellen können, dass ich das jemals schreiben werde.

Fakt ist: Ich sehe eine Veränderung sehr deutlich, da der "Bauchäquator" mittlerweile wesentlich mehr Sicht in den unteren Körperbereich ermöglicht.

Und da es einfach so gut passt der Track "42" von Johnny Rakete.

I know some folks are really excited because Trump is talking about bitcoin, but I would advise caution before jubilation…

Trump was asked directly “isn’t the next logical step for you to embrace bitcoin? Because bitcoin obviously is decentralized, the government can’t get its hands on it…”

He ignored the direct question, ignored the part about decentralization and government overreach, said he likes ONE currency (the dollar), and called for regulation of bitcoin… hardly a glowing endorsement…
