Not necessarily. Most hospitals will now delete your data after 7 years, so if you want to go back and get your own data, it’s gone. Typically these records are being stored by centralized healthcare software companies (electronic medical records) or providers, prone to hacks and sold off without your consent….
Today this health data system is fragmented yet centralized in walled gardens, whereas nostr can be utilized for “other stuff” eg, health records you want to hodl safely for the long term…
