Ok, so, Human need and want never ends. So, jobs never ends, especially in the real economy. Nature of jobs change,..,but people need to work on lots of things...and with help of technology and machines, productivity can be greatly increased. But, people will always be needed, so, jobs never ends.😀🎈☕👍.
Ok, so, An individual can be a good person,..,a productive, constructive and contributing person,..,or can a bad person,..a criminal, a destructive person.. Whether a good person or a bad person,..,he/she is a consumer of scarce resources. That put pressure on everyone for scarce resources. So, a bad person is bad for everyone, for whole society, because, it consumes scarce resources plus with all other destructive and negative attributes.

Ok, so, When people started to settle down from primitive nomadic life, then people started to live in groups or communities. Most of people will live like normal citizens and do the productive work. A few will do the protection work, from both external and internal enemies, and some will maintain the internal law and order. And people will pay them for their protection work, that's tax. That's all the countries and their governance systems today.
But today, that protection system has become monstrously big, bloated and dangerous, creating all kinds of problems everywhere in the world. The actual purpose the governance system is totally forgotten. It has to limited by limiting their budget.😀🎈☕👍.
