Ok, so, All the departments need to be cleaned up. You have no idea how much damage that DEI thing has done.
So, it will be much better in this sequence,..
Firstly, throw out all of them and shut down all the useless departments.
Secondly, start hiring freshly. There is no lack of talented and qualified people. As the press secretary already mentioned, a large number of resumes are already coming in,😄☕🎈👍.
