I believe you guys are cautious about your fitness and overall physical health. See, the challenge is always staying fit and energetic till the end.

And I always say, keep your fitness in check when the major tournaments such as FIFA World Cup, UEFA EURO and Women's Olympic Football are around. In the last EURO Alex Popp missed the final match against England due to fitness problem. Alexia Putelas missed the entire tournament due to ACL injury. How hard is it for a player to sit on the bench and watch their teammates and other players play. So, fitness will play the major role towards the end of the tournament.
