thoughts, experiences, perspectives.

As people switch over from Twitter/X to other platforms, they're realizing that they're not only doing it for the vibes, but also for the fact that they'd rather not partake in what has now essentially become a state-affiliated platform used for spreading misinformation and propaganda.

Energy innovation is needed to meet the immense challenge of climate change. Large amounts of reliable low-carbon power is needed to support the demand brought by a growing population.

Superhot rock geothermal energy could play a valuable role here. #climate #energy

So... Is Crowdstrike done for? I'm sure many firms will seek out a different provider after this disruption.

Less politics on social media this election season would be great 👍

Openvibe cross-post test #2?

Testing out Openvibe, the new evolution of Plebstr. In their words, it "offers a unified social experience, bringing together your favorite open social networks like Mastodon, Bluesky, Nostr, Threads (coming soon), and more into a single, seamless timeline."

From the one app, you can view a single feed of posts from all connected platforms, and even cross-post to all at once.

Looks appealing so far, especially with the splintering of social media communities post-Twitter. Will be great once they get Threads integrated!
