Sound Body | Sound Mind | Sound Money

Free Market Capitalism regulated solely by moral code. This is the way.

Exactly, synthetics are no good for multiple reasons. Not sure of any organic textiles that should be avoided. I know some people can be sensitive to wool, but the bedding materials that use wool are usually encased in cotton like a pillow or the stuffing of a comforter or even a mattress itself.

Renounce fiat-clothes and don’t show up to things naked!

No, I don’t actually sip a broth made from the bones of my enemies. My enemies don’t eat a species appropriate diet like the grass-fed grass-finished cattle bones that I do make a broth from.

“Hey man, what do you eat?”

-Beef

-Lamb

-Oysters

-Raw Milk

-Raw Kefir

-Raw Yogurt

-Raw Colostrum

-Organs

-Fruits

-Raw Honey

-Fermented Foods

-Sourdough Bread

-Sats from the Zaps of my followers

-Broth from the bones of my enemies

Capitalism: Doing more with less. Keynesianism: doing less with more.

PV if your go-to lift is a Turkish Get Up.

Silk is supposed to be a great material for anti-static sleeping too. I just happen to personally use cotton, linen, and wool so I can’t speak to it from first-hand experience.

Even as recent as the early 90’s wearing sweatpants in public was seen as a form of giving up on oneself. See ‘The Pilot’ Episode of Seinfeld for the full depth of my research.

Prayer is just a form of meditation. Do both.

Polyester clothing used to get ridiculed and now the average person is ensconced in it. The plastic leeches into your skin. The effect is even worse when you’re sweating or wearing the synthetic materials in the sauna. Then the effect is magnified when you wear “sustainable” clothing that’s made from recycled materials, because they’re made from already partially decomposed plastics leeching *even* more phthalates into your skin. Obliterate your polyester underwear, immediately.

You’ve been marketed form-fitting athletic clothes that are entirely made of “sustainable materials”, but have “anti-stink technology” or “cooling technology”. They’re just selling you recycled garbage bags lined with some other nonsense. Wool is naturally anti-stink, moisture wicking, cooling, AND warming. Nature has created perfect clothes for you, anon. Stop wearing plastic garbage bags, anon!

Your heart produces a magnetic field that extends up to 6ft away. 6ft social-distancing was not a mistake. “They” want(ed) you to be deprived of human connection.

Sleep in linen sheets with wool pillows and a wool comforter. Among other reasons Linen and wool kill static. The static messes with your magnetic field.

Wear sunglasses sparingly. They trick your brain into thinking it’s darker than it is outside and you won’t produce the appropriate amount of melanin that your body would otherwise.

Grounding in uncorrupted soil creates a small magnetic field stemming from the top of your dome-piece and I believe this protects you from the most harmful rays of the sun. Much like the magnetic field of Earth protects it from solar flares.

Go to your local rancher, shake his hand. Ask if he has any pork lard from pigs raised in an open pasture eating a species appropriate diet. Use said pork lard to mix with a small amount of raw honey from your local apiarist. Use as lotion. Thank me later… but also thank me now!
