Those that say "I believe in science" have a unrealistic understanding of science.
I really despise the take "oh look at all these people that have all of sudden became a (fill in the blank) experts" as if we have to deferr to "experts"
Its not that we despise experts, , we just disagree with the currently approved experts, who lie and never admit they were wrong.

Notice how much educated, science-minded, enlightened, modern people use violence/war.
Just look at all the wars/conflicts of the 20th and 21st centuries.

New science is easy. No need for hypotheses, test, or observe, you just say "The Science says" followed by a lot of big words then defend by restating your credentials and calling that which disagrees dis/mis/mal-information.

how climate change is too abstract
But everyone understands the need for water
And the common good
They are evidently going to manufacture (oh I mean be concerned with existing) a water crisis.
