Gestern habe ich bemerkt, dass mein Akku defekt ist. Ticket im Serviceportal aufgemacht. Kurze Zeit später kommt eine Email, Akku und Techniker kommen ins Haus.
Akku ist bereits eingetroffen, Technikertermin habe ich für nächste Woche ausgemacht. Garantiefall, nichts einschicken, keine Arbeitsunterbrechung.
