Happy September š»
Today marks the end of a second full week in my new house.
In September, I want to:
- earn ā”@ā” for OpenSats.org
(all zaps to opensats)
- publish book 1
- lose 25lbs
- Ruck 100 miles
- Row 21 hours
- Read 10 books (1 down today)
In August, I:
-moved across the country
-bought a house & moved in
-huge progress on books to publish
-went three whole days in a row where I didn't cry not one time
-finally got Drs appts scheduled
-huge progress rucking
-worked some stuff out with each of my sons
-read six books
-lost 8 lbs
-started, attempted journaling
-acquired newly published research that verifies more of what I am doing with ABLiSS.space
-maintained GM & gn protocol
Struggling with consistency is worse moving & with new or constantly changing environments. I have some helpers for a few days this week to help get on track. It is easy to thrive with routine, but near impossible for me to stick to or start a new one. It's helpful if a routine is just habit, so this is the agenda for September: convenient habits š.
I'm looking forward to consistency. Fitness progress needs it. I need it. Something as simple as having a good routine can make a massive difference in peace & productivity.
Found a few new ruck routes. Gonna try them out this week. Feeling better physically, getting more forward motion every day.
I'll die before I quit.š»

No new words today. Read a book instead. Adorable reference style textbook, highly recommend for homeschooling. Every page is like a week's worth of projects/learning.
