I have edema in my eyelids kinda since always (was insomniac throughout childhood till ~25) but it is getting worse over time, also in the last months I have a stomach ache almost daily (like stomach tying in a knot), nausea sometimes, and basically no appetite since months, iI just eat cause I know humans have to π . Thingy is that I am really fit, my muscle-fat ratio is great, minimum visceral fat, lots of movement, good nutrition π€·πΌββοΈ
Iβm thinking it might be related to bad tooth health (paradentosis in family) or maybe even with head trauma ( will have an MRT soon as part of ADHD diagnosis )
Also PMS depressive symptomsπ₯΅

In the last month I had a psychologist sleep in and not show up for appointment, a completely unrelated psychologist give me a different appointment than they wrote down themselves and endocrinologist cancel an appointment hour and a half before hand. Does this happen in real life or only to me ? π
