Thinker. Explorer. Speaker. ₿usinessman. Sharing deepest insights from my personal experience.

Extremes give extreme results. Balance breeds mediocrity.

When we eat meat and fat, we become satiated and don’t want to snack on junk. This is not profitable for the big corporations that produce all the artificial junk, so they started a marketing campaign to demonize meat and fats.

Happiness is fulfilling the purpose.

Can you state that you are the best? Why not? Because it's not true? Because it's too big for you? Because you are not the best yet? Because you are not pursuing this path? Pursue it then! You are the best when you walk the path of the best. Walk the path!

There's this stupid idea floating around that we need to feel comfortable doing things and living our lives. Boys seek comfort, men seek progress. And the progress comes only through pain and discomfort. Make yourself comfortable during your sleep. All the other time is reserved for progress.

If whatever someone says is false and my personal experience proves that, I don't consider the concept truthful anymore, and I don't value whatever other things they say.

"Humans need carbs to function!" — Not only logic and biology show it's false, I haven't eaten carbs for months now and feel and perform great.

"Humans need a balanced diet consisting of many diverse types of food!" — What were our ancestors doing 50000 years ago, shopping at a supermarket? I have been eating only meat, eggs, and cheese for 5 months already, and I feel and perform great.

"Fasting is dangerous and will destroy your gut/brain/health/muscles!" — Most living organisms are fasting all the time. Humans were fasting most of our history. I have done many many prolonged water fasts and feel and perform great. I did 21-day fast recently. The more I fast, the more muscular I become.

Most things we see, know, and think, we do through our devices/screens.

Our modern reality is like a TV show. And lots of specialists work to make it as entertaining as possible — the higher the ratings, the more of our attention they will get, and the more enslaved we will become.

We have no idea what is actually happening in the real world...

Breathing, eating real food, walking, lifting weights, learning, creating, communicating. For men, these are mandatory, not optional. Are you doing your part?

Trying to defend weaknesses and childhood traumas is a sure way to remain mediocre.

Accept, analyze, learn, change. To conquer the world, we need to move fast.

When you lie, you take a loan from your future. You will pay it back at some point, and you will pay it back with interest.

Unfortunately, the current state of the world incentivizes taking loans and lying. We want everything right now and don't care how we will pay for our deceptions.

The world is playing dangerous games, and we pay the price in the end. Everyone is lying, but whoever gets caught pays the price. And it is usually you...

The world is owned by people who deceive.

You can't avoid the embarrassment you need to go through to become a good communicator and to build meaningful relationships.

So, go and embarrass yourself like a legend! Own yourself!

You can't avoid the work you need to do to create the life you desire.

You may as well embrace it and enjoy it!

You can't avoid the pain you need to feel to become a man

Start behaving like a masculine man, and watch women start to behave femininely around you.

If you don't care if you are winning or losing... if you only focus on the progress and do the work without being afraid of what can happen... you will succeed!

When you decide that you know it, you close yourself and stop progressing.

A wise individual is always willing to learn and is not afraid to appear dumb or embarrassed.

You can do anything and be anyone. Every excuse you come up with not to, just proves that you're a dork in your heart.

"It's not the substance that is harmful, it's the dosage."

So, if you eat a little bit of shi1, it's fine, right? 🤡

To be good at anything, we need practice.

To be a good runner, run.

To be a good fighter, fight.

To be a good thinker, think.

To be a good dancer, dance.

To be good with women, flirt.

To be competent, fukk around.

To be a good communicator, talk.

To be a good musicial, make music.
