Avoiding things you're afraid of won't help you grow. Face your fears and allow yourself to feel those emotions. Now, you're growing...
How is your workout going?
You will never know... if you don't try things. Be brave, experiment and explore the world...

Sheep need a shepherd. As long as we think and act like sheep, shepherds will appear to exploit us.
Do you deserve what you truly want?
The universe will test you, challenging you with hardships.
If you deserve it, you will achieve it.
Today, change one thing you don't like about your life into something you do like.
You could achieve so many things if only you stopped limiting yourself.
No one is afraid of throwing a ball toward the basket and missing. But when it comes to life, we’re often afraid of making mistakes, so we hesitate to even try.
The truth is, there are no mistakes. Every action and decision is exactly what you need to move forward. If you miss, it's helpful because you needed to explore that outcome. If you succeed, that's great — you continue along your path.
In the grand scheme of things, it doesn't really matter. Whatever you do, life goes on, and your experience grows — whether you try or not, whether you succeed or fail.
The only thing that truly matters is where you focus your intention, whether you're building your life in a specific direction or not. If you’re not, life may feel chaotic. But that’s okay, too, and perhaps you need that experience.
Ultimately, we have the most precious gift — our lives — and whatever we do, it’s important to enjoy it, to do your best, to be proud, and to feel grateful.

You can't conquer the world by serving women...
You are the one who will change the world and make it a better place. Not a president, not the government, not billionaires, not celebrities, not scientists, not religion, not a savior... YOU! Only individuals can change the world, because we created it...
If you avoid problems, you will not know how to deal with them.
This is also true for pain, challenges, struggle, hardship, certain emotions, bad people, failure...
Nothing in the universe is free. Something can't be created from nothing. There's always a price to pay. The price for a great life is paid in pain.
The universe gives us signs.
When we take action, we start noticing random things that our mind associates with what we’re doing, and, depending on our beliefs, we interpret these signs.
If we are brave and dedicated, we see these signs as tests and challenges to measure our commitment.
If we’re driven by fear or laziness, we interpret the signs as reasons to stop or give up.
You are the one who decides your destiny, not the universe. The universe only tests you to see if you truly deserve it.
The worldview we hold is not truly ours. We have been shaped by our parents, the people around us, society, television, and the Internet. These influences, in turn, were shaped in similar ways.
Our knowledge, logic, understanding, views, habits, desires, morals — everything — has been molded by external forces. But there's a problem. These sources were hijacked by greedy interests aiming to exploit us to the fullest.
Driven by curiosity, you learn and analyze many different things. Eventually, you start noticing discrepancies, that things don’t add up. The more you explore, the more apparent these inconsistencies become. And as you delve deeper, you begin to understand: everything has been hijacked — everything.
I became aware of this in my twenties, and I’ve been exploring this deceptive “rabbit hole” ever since. The deeper I go, the more shocking the revelations.
Once you start recognizing the psychological operations around you, it becomes challenging to engage with the world as before. Surrounded by people living in a delusion, genuine interactions can feel like an act of resistance. Without the strength to hold your ground amid pushback, you may find yourself pressured to behave “normally.”
People buy artificial food, visit doctors, take medications, and poison themselves with cigarettes and alcohol. They talk about sports, elections, climate change, TV series, and celebrities…
Dare to question this constructed world, and you’ll be met with defensiveness and resistance.
I know people who are aware but can’t handle the backlash, so they pretend to be normal and go along with it. One might say, “Why not? It’s easier; don’t fight everyone, just live quietly as you want.” But, inevitably, these delusions can harm you.
I have friends whose family members are constantly unwell — poisoned by fake food, medications, injections, left weak, obese, and ill. When I ask why they don’t help their loved ones see the truth, they answer, “I can’t win this battle. It’s too big for me…”
But I can. I’ll do my best to create a world of prosperity and truth. If that means war, then war it will be!

"Your competition isn't other people, it's you!"
Nope. It's a psyop and self-deception.
The car you want is also desired by many other people. House, too. Women, too. Money, too. Anything.
Anything you want in life lots of other people want too. And this is why you will need to work hard to get it.
Your competition is other people! So, compete and win!
Anything can be improved. If you don't accept something, you change it. But if you think it is ok, you just ignore it.
You can work on yourself and your life to become fitter, healthier, smarter, wealthier, happier... But you're just used to your mediocre life, and think it is ok...
There are no possible or impossible things in the world. Whatever you think is possible or impossible will become your reality. Whatever you accept will become your life...
We know everything and use language, juggling words masterfully to express ourselves to others. Words have precise meanings, but do we truly understand them? Do others interpret them the same way we do? This is the cause of many issues between people. We think and feel something, and we communicate it with words we believe convey our intent. But others think and feel differently, and they hear something entirely different.
The devil is in the details!
