Whenever you are struggling to follow your plan, challenge yourself. Can I do it? Can I execute? Of course I can. I am the man! Then do it!
After that, analyze. What was the reason for the struggle? Do you understand why you are doing it? Why do you want it? Remind yourself why you planned it in the first place. Remind yourself why you want it. Remind yourself who you are — a winner!
The first thing we need to do is tune our car to an efficient working condition. Only after that can we travel and enjoy our lives.
This post is not about cars.
Nothing great can be achieved in a day. Nor can it be in a week. Great things take time. This is why the most important factor in achieving greatness is consistency. Find a way to pursue your goals every day. Make it a part of your lifestyle.
Everything in our lives is guided by childhood traumas. Everything. All aspects of our lives. It is called destiny.
It will be infinately beneficial to dive into this mess and figure things out. Become the master of your destiny!
People need energy, not information. How you present information is more important than the information itself. And, of course, we all need hope.
If you had unlimited fuel and money forever, which car would you choose? Probably something very powerful with a big engine.
But if there were a fuel shortage forever, you would probably choose something with a small, efficient engine.
The same logic was used by our bodies during evolution. When resources were scarce, we evolved to have as little muscle as possible to survive and be efficient.
But now is a time of abundance. And it's probably a good idea to pack on as much muscle and power as naturally possible.

Everything is changeable — the way you look, your body composition, intellect, style, character, principles, understanding, habits, desires, purpose. Everything is changeable!
You are the way you are not because you were born this way or because of genetics. You are the result of the work you put into yourself, or the lack of it...
There can be no excuses. Think about what you want. Decide. Write a plan. Execute!
How can a conscious, intelligent man in his rational mind do "bad" things or have "bad" habits?
If you think it's bad, stop doing it. And if it’s not bad, why label it that way?
Or are you doing it because of some external reason?
If you’re not the one in control of your life, then who is? Is it even your life?
"Everyone has their weaknesses."
This is the excuse weak boys addicted to pleasure and comfort use. Men should not have weaknesses!
Work on yourself. If you think you have a weakness, focus on it and target it. Then search for the next, and the next.
It is rare nowadays, but when people meet a real man — strong and intelligent — they feel pleasure and an honor. Be a real man yourself!
You don't have to comply or do whatever you don't want to. Grow some ballzz...
It is really a focus issue. Everything. Everything is a focus issue!
What one change in yourself would make the biggest difference in your life?
When the train is moving, inertia takes over, and it requires little energy to maintain its motion.
But starting from a standstill demands immense energy to begin accelerating.
Starting something new is hard — keep pushing and build momentum!

To a professional cinematographer, an Arri Master Prime 35mm lens and a Cooke S4/i 35mm lens produce distinctly different images. To most others, however, the pictures are indistinguishable. The difference exists, and an inability to perceive it only highlights a lack of sensitivity.
There are countless distinctions in life that many overlook because they're operating on a simple level, unable to appreciate nuance.
Take language, for instance. Different words might describe what seems to be the same thing but carry unique meanings. "Sorry" and "excuse me" are often used interchangeably, yet they communicate completely different intentions.
The same goes for "sacrificing" something to achieve a goal versus "paying the price" for it. While they might seem identical, they lead to entirely different outcomes. Sacrifice is driven by loss (a negative motivator), while paying the price is driven by gain (a positive motivator). Since we’re naturally averse to loss, viewing something as a sacrifice often leads to self-sabotage. On the other hand, seeing it as an investment propels progress and builds momentum.
Another example is discipline versus understanding. When you force yourself to do something you dislike but need, you call it discipline. When you understand why it’s necessary, you start wanting it. Forcing yourself isn’t the same as wanting to do it, yet the distinction is often missed by those who don't look deeply.
An unintelligent person might look at two images shot with different lenses and see no difference, assuming there’s none to be found. An intelligent person, however, sees similarity yet thinks, "I need to look closer and understand the difference." This is how learning happens — through seeking to understand the insights of others who see more deeply.

To control others, categorize them into groups, religions, races, sects, ideologies, anything... Anything that groups and puts limits on individuals will work. As a bonus, you can clash them against each other now...
If you need to negotiate sex with your woman, you're not masculine enough. Work on yourself!
When you are masculine, she wants you all the time...
If whatever you do feels like a sacrifice or suffering, you're doing it wrong.
If it’s your purpose, then it’s your choice and decision. When you choose it willingly, it’s not a sacrifice, it's the price you pay. And if it hurts, it’s not suffering, it’s struggle, and you enjoy it because it’s exactly what you need to succeed!
You can't be free if you haven't tried things.
Have you ever been knocked down for foolish behavior? How does it feel? You don't know? How would you know what is good or bad if you haven't felt the consequences?
Have you ever lost money, property, or other resources due to delusional thinking?
Betrayed? Dumped? Cheated on? Deceived? Addicted? Depressed? Fallen in love? Gambled?
If there are no consequences, you can't know what is good or bad. And if you don't know it, you can't be free, because freedom implies informed choice, and to be informed, you have to experience it.
Never give any value or time away for free. When you do so, you distort reality and harm everyone. In any exchange, aim to receive and give equal value. This is how you tune reality toward efficiency and progress.
We were taught everything we know by people who wanted to exploit us. No one spends energy just to help you; it's an investment.
If you are aware of this, you will reanalyze everything you know and change your understanding. All biases, principles, beliefs, and emotions should be tuned to benefit you.
